SKUNK

SKUNK is a darkly humorous yet unflinching exploration of domestic abuse, grief, and community judgment, centered on Frances Hickey — a complex woman navigating the aftermath of her husband’s death. Drawing from my Irish family background and literary influences such as Camus and Euripides, I set out to present an emotionally layered character study of survival and quiet rebellion. The script’s tone balances the gravity of Frances’s situation with her deadpan wit, using this contrast to both disarm and confront the audience.

In 2025, SKUNK was optioned by One.Stop.Media, with Charles Brespant and Alban Delachanel set to produce. It is currently in pre-production.
